What is checked
- The rental application list, aligned with the decree of 5 November 2015.
- The documents it is forbidden to demand of an applicant: bank details, bank statements, compliance certificates. The tool flags them when they are there.
- Proof of income, with the expected count.
What comes next
Batch processing, twenty applications at once with a state per applicant, is planned after launch. Today it is one folder at a time.
Inventory reports, accommodation certificates and guarantee deeds are not yet identified.
