The documents of a public tender application
An application is rejected for an expired certificate as often as for a missing one. The tool looks at both.
Or drop the documents of the tender application here. Nothing is sent: everything stays in this tab.

When to use it
A company is submitting an application and must check that nothing has expired since the last tender.
Or a buyer receives the applications and must tell each one what is missing.
What this tool does
- Certificates and their freshness: company registration extract less than three months old, valid URSSAF compliance certificate, tax compliance certificate, insurance certificate.
- An expired document is not a present document: it is shown separately, with its date, so you know which one to ask for again.
- Bank details, and what the list does not yet cover.
What it does not do: the French application forms (DC1, DC2, the letter of engagement) are not yet identified: they are listed as extra documents, not as expected ones. That is the next piece of identification work.
What is read in the document
- The type of each certificate and its issue date.
No file is uploaded: the folder is read by your browser, in this tab, and the page is not allowed to open a connection to any other site.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the DC1 and DC2 forms identified?
- Not yet. The tool reads and lists them, but it does not identify them as such, and it says so plainly rather than counting them as done.
- How does it know a certificate is expired?
- From its issue date and the expected age for that type of document. When the document carries no legible date, it does not conclude: it asks you to check.
