Hosting

The site is hosted on a server located in France. It serves static files: no visitor data is processed there, apart from the web server logs.

Personal data

Klarfolder collects no personal data. The files you open are not uploaded: they are read by your browser and do not leave your computer.

The only request the site makes after a sorting carries a number and a family, with no identifier, no file name and no content. It is described in full on the Privacy page.

The web server logs keep visitors' IP addresses for as long as is necessary for the security of the service.

What the tool does not guarantee

Klarfolder proposes a filing and a list of what is missing. It certifies no document genuine, checks no signature, and never says a file is acceptable or compliant.

The lists of expected documents quote public texts as at the date shown on each page. They are not legal advice, and responsibility for what is asked for or accepted remains with the user.

The content of this site is protected. The libraries used and their licences are quoted in the footer.
